Sometimes when we try to install pre downloaded applications, games or themes in nokia symbian mobile, it shows an error that "expired certificate" and we cant install the software anymore. Then we have to collect or download again the software from its website or any other place. We can solve this problem by applying a little tricks. First see the properties of the software which you want to install in your device. You will find it in Option > Details > File > File Details. In file details some information of the software will show like name, type, date, time, size etc. It may vary depending on your device. However you need to know "date", whats the date? Now change your device date from control panel > settings > general > date and time. It also may vary depending on your device. Now try to install the software, not installed again "expired certificate" change the date again before or after the software's date and then install the software.
